Zac is a husband to his high school sweetheart and best friend, Carly, and a proud dad to their three kids—Olivia, Eliot, and Isaac. He is a firm believer in leading his family first, and one of his greatest joys is coaching his children and other youth in the community in baseball, basketball, and softball.
"When they’re at their best personally, they can be at their best professionally. That creates a domino effect—for kids, for families, for our entire school culture."
